The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) Risk Registers
The COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in governmental measures including lockdowns, social distancing and prohibition of transport. This creates several risks for the projects of the SDG Partnership Facility (SDGP) and the Facility for Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Food Security (FDOV). RVO made an assessment among the lead partners and published the result in Risk Registers:

PlusPlus crowdfunding platform
As part of their COVID-19 response, Solidaridad and ICCO are using PlusPlus, a crowdfunding platform which they set up together with Truvalu and Lendahand. The platform provides access to finance for agri-food SMEs and aims to ensure and further foster food security, entrepreneurship and employment in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

2SCALE financial pitch deck
A financial pitch deck (demand-side), which provides an overview of loan ticket size in demand from a portions of 2SCALE’s portfolio of partnerships. This generally highlights the current liquidity constraints from Sub Saharan African SMEs during this COVID-19 restriction times.

2SCALE survey of business partners
In recent months, the COVID-19 pandemic has troubled the world. Beyond a health crisis, it has also caused an economic crisis. Food systems are also greatly affected, but it is not that easy to understand the details of this. As it is very important for 2SCALE to understand this impact and act upon it, they asked their private sector partners: How do you deal with this pandemic?

GAIN bi-weekly rapid assessment reports
The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) publishes a document series summarising some rapid assessments undertaken to understand early impacts of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic on food systems in a set of low- and middle-income countries where GAIN works (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Nigeria). A particular focus is placed on small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the food system.
