CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Cereals – Call for Doctoral Research Grants
The Dryland Cereals Scholarship Program of the CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Cereals is sponsoring and supporting a call for Doctoral Research Grants. The call is designed to increase agricultural research capacity of dryland cereal crops, i.e. barley, finger millet, pearl millet and sorghum. The application deadline March 30, 2015.
Where appropriate, the grantees are expected to work closely with the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) and The International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid-Tropics (ICRISAT) scientists. The awards are being made through RUFORUM who will monitor and oversee the implementation of the grant implementation process.
