Seas of Change interview with Mark Lundy, CIAT
August 13, 2014
This interview was recorded at a Seas of Change workshop, early 2014, in Amsterdam. At this workshop, practitioners from companies, NGOs, development organizations, and research institutions discussed inclusive business strategies to productively engage smallholder farmers. And in particular how to scale up successful strategies.
In the interview, CIAT’s Mark Lundy talks about trends in smallholder inclusion, going from pilots to scale, big businesses as development partners and more. During the conversation, Lundy refers to a case presented at the workshop by the Latin-America based company Arcos Dorados. More details on this case can he found here.
