There are many challenges to food and nutrition security that cut across a variety of topics and have a key influence on different aspects of it, such as policies, agricultural sectors and markets. Additionally, as there are many different disciplines linked to food and nutrition security in general (e.g. economical, health, agricultural, political, etc.), cross-cutting challenges are often of a multidisciplinary character. In this main topic there are resources that highlight, analyze or propose how to address specific cross-cutting challenges, such as youth or gender.
