F&BKP newsletter February 2018 (#01)

In the first general newsletter of 2018, the Food & Business Knowledge Platform (F&BKP) informs its readers about the busy start of the year.

There were two big gettogethers of the Food & Business Global Challenges Programme: the mid-term workshop of the second call focusing on Inclusive Business / Regional Trade; and the kick-off of the fourth call on Scaling Climate Smart Agriculture.
In the context of the NL-CGIAR partnership, a research call has been launched to improve “seed” systems in Asia and Sub-Sahara Africa.
Furthermore, the Platform had several activities on new themes which are currently high on the agenda: Food Security & Stability and Feeding Cities in emerging economies
