First, the government should come to the level of the stakeholders from the bottom of the value chain. This is the people that need to be at the forefront of policy-making and enforcement since these policies will affect them directly.
Secondly, the IBMs are not enough to end poverty.
It stands out clearly that there is great need for training from (farmers level) the target groups along the value chain to upscale.
Time to structure the IBMs to fit in the smart agribusiness.
