Vacancy AgriProFocus Agrofood Network Facilitator & YEP Agrofood Project Manager

AgriProFocus, in cooperation with the Young Expert Programme (YEP) Programme Bureau and the Food & Business Knowledge Platform, is looking for a senior for the following positions: AgriProFocus Agrofood Network Facilitator and YEP Agrofood Project Manager (36 hours per week).

The senior will be contracted by AgriProFocus and will be set to work in the YEP Programme Bureau team part of the week.

AgriProFocus is a Dutch partnership promoting farmer entrepreneurship in low and middle income countries. The partnership was founded in 2005 with the aim of rallying together professionals, expertise and resources around a joint interest in farmer entrepreneurship. The AgriProFocus network members are organizations and companies that gather, train, connect and provide inputs and credit to farmer entrepreneurs and producer organizations. AgriProFocus is looking for an Agrofood Network Facilitator for 20 hours per week who will link knowledge, skills and partnerships from the AgriProFocus Country Networks with Dutch and international Agrofood companies.

The Young Expert Programme (YEP) Programme Bureau implements YEP Water and is currently, in cooperation with the Food & Business Knowledge Platform, setting up YEP Agrofood. YEP Agrofood will promote the availability of international professionalism and expertise in the agrofood sector. The programme will offer Dutch young professionals an opportunity to acquire professional experience abroad and young local professionals an opportunity to take their first steps in an international work environment via Dutch organizations. In close cooperation with the Food & Business Knowledge Platform. YEP Agrofood will make a contribution to a dynamic international agrofood network and will make this network open to a new generation of agrofood experts.

Anticipating the formal agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, YEP Agrofood has started looking for a Project Manager for 16 hours per week.
