The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Water and Food Security cluster of the Inclusive Green Growth Department, together with the Department for Stabilisation and Humanitarian Aid) will organize a workshop on WASH and Nutrition. The workshop takes place on January 14, 2019, in The Hague and has limited places available.

Goal of the workshop is to specify where WASH and Nutrition can be integrated and how they can be linked in (existing) programmes and projects. Several presentations will be given, first focusing on theory and evidence, followed by practical examples, including a panel discussion. After the break, there will be thematic break-out sessions in which both general development settings and the humanitarian context will be discussed. The workshop will be closed with feedback of the thematic sessions and a “Call to action”. Thereafter there will be some opportunity for further networking.
