The Ministry of Foreign Affairs holds a high-level conference on the EU and sustainability in global value chains. It will take place in Amsterdam on 7 December 2015 in the run-up to the Netherlands’ Presidency of the Council of the EU.
Implementing sustainable business through aid and trade
The focus of the conference will be on implementing sustainable business practices through aid and trade. The conference will produce tangible policy suggestions, improve implementation of EU aid and trade policy, strengthen EU external policy – particularly its aid and trade agenda – and stimulate sustainable global value chains.
