During the Shishi Odoshi series, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites inspiring speakers to give brief and to the point presentations about their experiences in the World.  The fourth session is entitled “Innovative financing, role private sector & chances for the Netherlands” (in Dutch “Sessie #4: Innovatieve financiering, rol van de private sector & kansen voor Nederland”).

Speaker of this session is Arent van Wassenaer – lawyer at Allen&Overy and president of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) Branch in the Netherlands. IPFA is an independent, not-for-profit, professional members association dedicated to promoting and representing the interests of both public and private sector organisations involved in project finance and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) worldwide.  It has, as its members, the key players within the infrastructure and energy industry including, financial institutions, project sponsors, law firms, construction companies and operators active in PPP and project finance markets globally.
