Land O’Lakes International Development and the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) are co-hosting a one day learning event to be held in Washington, DC on October 17, 2016. On-site registration begins at 8:30am. The opening session will begin at 9:00am.
If you would like to attend this event remotely register on the Webinar host site and follow the instructions.
The event is aimed at bridging the gap between livestock ownership, market systems and increased consumption of animal source foods (ASF) by rural and producer households for improved household nutrition. Through presentations and facilitated discussions, we will evaluate the different livestock to nutrition pathways and unpack current programmatic evidence and research, explore the technical challenges, and spark debate on behavior change for the improvement of nutrition through livestock.
