The 2018 Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture (GFIA) conference presents ideas, action and debate responding to the biggest challenges we need to overcome to drive sustainable agriculture for increased productivity and food security. Cultivating Change – Born with the belief that continuous innovation in agriculture is the only way to sustainably feed nine billion people by 2050, the Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture (GFIA) has emerged as a global authority on sustainable food production, driving innovation through exhibitions and conferences across the world. Since 2014, GFIA events have welcomed over 25,000 visitors and worked with over 50 globally significant partners committed to using the Forum as a catalyst for change.

The GFIA Europe Conference
Proud partners of the International Week for Smart Food Production, the second edition of GFIA Europe will take place at the Jaarbeurs Expo Center alongside a series of other pioneering agricultural events including VIV Europe 2018, Halal Expo Europe, Proagrica Future Farming Theatre, the SFP Gala Dinner and SFP College Tour.
Hosting a large exhibition and high-level conference programme, GFIA Europe will present the latest innovations and technologies for smart food production across four key areas:
- indoor farming and hydroponics;
- livestock and animal health; and
- sustainable crops.
