AQUA 2018 is co-organized by the European Aquaculture Society (EAS) and the World Aquaculture Society (WAS) and will take place in Montpellier, France on August 25 – 29, 2018. It will comprise a scientific conference, trade exhibition, industry forums, workshops, student events and receptions. The GCP project Nutritious-system pond faring in Vietnam will be present in different sessions.  »

The Farming Systems Design community and the University of the Republic (Montevideo, Uruguay) are co-organizing the 6th Farming Systems Design Conference (FSD6) in Montevideo, from August 18 to 21, 2019. The University is consortium partner in the GCP project HortEco, of which the topic is very much related to the theme of this symposium “Agricultural systems designs sustained by nature”. »

On July 9, Pakhuis de Zwijger is organizing a talkshow “The Hungry City – The Green Gold”, part of the Volkskrant series De Voedselzaak. Ellen Mangnus, coordinator of the GCP project Follow the Food at Utrecht University, will be on the panel. The talkshow will be followed by a screening of the documentary “Dead Donkeys Fear No Hyenas”. »
