Saskia Hollander is a political scientist and works at The Broker on issues related to the SDGs, Inclusive Economy and democratization. Saskia is also writing her PhD thesis on the use of referendums in Europe at the Radboud University Nijmegen. She has written several articles on the SDGs, democratization, political participation and transnational democracy. Previously, she worked at the Advisory Council on International Affairs (AIV) and the Scientific Council for Government Policy (WRR). Saskia has a broad field of interests, including processes of democratization and social change, international political economy, transnational cooperation and EU development policy.
