Knowledge Programme for Food Security

The Food & Business Knowledge Platform (F&BKP), Embassy Support Programme and Talent Pool will continue as the Knowledge Programme for Food Security. This Programme will increase the impact of Dutch projects, programmes, policies, investments and business on SDG2 by knowledge brokering across professional divides. It will facilitate the creation, exchange and – particularly – the use of knowledge by Dutch actors and their LMIC partners. »

On Friday September 01, 2017, the YEP Programme Bureau, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Deloitte Impact Foundation organize a Visionary Meeting to discuss the GO YEP-vision 2030 with actors from the water and agrofood sectors which have hired Young Experts in the past four years. During 2016 the F&BKP Steering Committee commissioned a stakeholder review of the Platform. Consultants Jolein Baidenmann and Alex Percy-Smith focused on the performance and added value of the Platform in the eyes of its stakeholders and gave forward-looking advice on the approach and positioning of the Platform. »
