DESCRIPTION:Centre for Development Innovation\, Wageningen UR (CDI) is organizing an event for Indonesian alumni of Wageningen UR training courses. The event takes place in Jakarta\, and is set up in co-operation with East West Seeds\, AgriProFocus Indonesia\, ISSD and the local embassy. The event consists of two days and focuses on bringing together seeds and horticulture value chains.  \nThe first day is for NFP alumni only\, and will be focusing on networking among alumni and the sharing of experiencse regarding the application of course contents in their daily work. \nThe second day is a public seminar on the subject “Seeds for business – business for seeds”. DESCRIPTION:The Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL) and World Soil Information (ISRIC) are organizing a lunch session at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs on “(Micro) nutrient availability for a more intensified agriculture. Identifying key risks in Africa”. \nPBL\, ISRIC and the IGG department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are organizing an expert meeting on the link between soil (micro) nutrients\, agricultural production and nutrition deficiencies.
