The 2016 series is again moderated by Felix Rottenberg (in Dutch). \nDe nieuwe\, vijfdelige debatserie It’s the food\, my friend! staat in het teken van de overgang naar een ander voedselsysteem. En van wetenschappelijke inzichten die hierbij helpen. De nieuwe reeks is wederom onder leiding van Felix Rottenberg. \nTweede debat: Vluchtelingen\, landbouw en voedsel\nEuropa heeft te maken met een groeiende stroom vluchtelingen uit het Midden Oosten en Afrika. De belangrijkste oorzaken zijn burgeroorlogen en armoede\, gecombineerd met een snelle bevolkingsgroei en geopolitieke belangen. Maar er is nog een derde\, onderbelichte oorzaak: verval van de landbouw en voedselgebrek.\nWelke rol spelen landbouw\, voedsel\, erosie\, water\, klimaat en bevolkingsgroei in deze problematiek?
