On June 7, GMV – the Dutch sector association of manufacturers of machines for food processing and packaging – organizes their annual event with a focus on startups and a connected food system. The event takes place in Wageningen and will be held in Dutch.

Context

The world is continuously changing and circularity, (digital) connectivity and the role of the consumers are more and more important in the Agrofood sector. During the annual event, GMV focuses on what this means for manufacturers of machines in the food processing and the agrofood system; and on how organizations can stay connected during this changing future.

GMV is the sector association of manufacturers of machines for food processing and packaging in the Netherlands. As the voice of the Dutch manufacturers of food systems, GMV serves as a useful tool in the promotion of companies or individual members in the sector.

De wereld is volop in beweging en aan het veranderen. Ontwikkelingen als digitalisering en de toenemende vraag naar transparantie en duurzaamheid leiden er toe dat circulariteit, (digitale) connectiviteit en de rol van consumenten steeds belangrijker worden binnen de Agri & Food sector.
